The tale of the Pendle Witch Trials of 1612 is real and fully documented. The twelve accused witches all lived in the surrounding Pendle Hill area and were charged with the murders of ten people using witchcraft.

Now you have the chance to investigate Englands most haunted location

PENDLE HILL WITCH HUNT

We at Mysticals would like to invite you and your friends to join us on this once in a lifetime, amazing opportunity to investigate along with mediums, historians and experts on the Pendle witches for a all night psychic investigation. We will start off meeting at our secret base where you will be briefed on the nights events and enjoy a warm drink and some nibbles, we will then go to our first location where we will be joined by none other than a actual descendent of the infamous Alice Nutter where you will be told the true story straight from those who know! After that we will continue on our ghost walk, following in the footsteps of the Pendle witches entering murder sites as well as the sites where ghostly apparitions have been seen! We will then go to the hill itself where the historian will tell you the local tales; this is not for the faint hearted. After returning to our base for refreshments in the dead of the night we will go back to several sites where we will perform séances, and divination to attempt to make contact with the witches. The tickets for this event are £70 and are strictly limited this event will take place on July 31^st from 7pm - 3.30am please let us know if you wish to join us. There will be some travelling between sites both on foot and via car, so please inform us if you have a car, if you do not have a car please don’t worry as we can see if there is space in someone else’s car for you to travel between sites

The Pendle Hill Witch Trials Ghost Hunt

Pendle Hill, is very atmospheric some will say creepy, scary and not for the faint hearted!

In the year 1612 there stood a huge limestone tower where a family of local peasants dwelt. But not just an ordinary family, these so called peasants had powers far beyond our reach. They were in league with the devil, they made clay effigies and used human hair and teeth to make these effigies.

Various local persons died of mysterious illnesses, some in great pain. Milk was turned blue, cattle died without a mark on their bodies and the locals feared venturing on to the hill. One man determined to make a name for himself was the local magistrate Roger Nowell. In great fear for his life he plucked up the courage to arrest two of the inhabitants of the stone tower known as Malkin tower. They were sent to Lancaster to be tried, two days later all the other witches met at the tower but within weeks all were taken to Lancaster for trial and certain death by hanging.

Six of the Pendle Witches came from one of two families:

James and Alizon Device (Grandchildren of Demdike)
Anne Whittle (aka Chattox)
Anne Redferne (daughter of Chattox)
The others accused were:
Jane bullock
John Bullock (Son of Jane Bullock)
Alice Nutter
Katherine Hewitt
Alice Gray
Jennet Preston

Mysticals will take you around the famous locations, inside the most active of venues where you will perform seances & divination,alongside our team of psychic mediums you will be able to join in with all that we do, this is not just a regular ghost and history tour! this event is a real investigation, with real ghost hunters, coming along with us are also some white witches which will be a sure fire thing to upset and anger the pendle witches! so are you brave enough to join us?

We will have our base in the heart of pendle where we will group in safety, and warm up over a coffee, from there we will then make our way on to the slopes of this infamous hill to follow the footsteps of those deadly pendle witches, We will be keeping together as a group as the mist and darkness descend around us. You may hear the crying sound of the wind in the bracken, a fox or an owl. You may even hear the footsteps of somebody not in our party.

Many persons over the past centuries have sadly lost their lives on the hill and many locals still steadfastly refuse to go on the hill after dark due to the sinister sightings of ghosts and spirits that have been seen, felt and heard. That is unless you join us for a terrifying walk in the footsteps of the famous Pendle witches. This will be an experience from start to finish and is definitely not for the faint hearted. We are offering you this unique opportunity to be part of this truly chilling ghost hunt.

We will visit a famous venue where you will have the oppotunity to purchase souveniers and talk to the locals about their experiences and sightings, and also to recieve a history of the pendle Witches talk with someone who really knows,
